With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Lee Tooze of Red Wing, Minnesota, who passed away on November 5, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roff Tooze and Norma Tooze (Jacques); his wife Bernice; and his siblings, Wilbert, Roff, Edith, Pearl and Genevieve.

He is survived by: his children, Norma Furney (Jim), Jeff Tooze and Patti Tooze-Swenson; and his sisters, Mildred Lee and Lucretia Avery. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
