She is survived by: her children, Karen Knaak (Raymond) of Lewisville, Debra Slinger (John) of Pocahontas, Daniel Slinger (Kathy) of Dubuque, David Slinger (Jacque) of Charter Oak, Thomas Slinger (Cindy) of Pierson, Michael Slinger (Tracy) of Menomonie, WI, Timothy Slinger of Denison, Maria Hopkins (Ken) of Chester, Lucinda Filkins (Dayle) of Truman and Angela Putnam (John) of Eagle Lake, Minnesota; her brothers, Alvin Staab of Sioux Falls and Ronald Staab (Bea) of Indianapolis, Indiana; and her close friend Carol Mae Wiederhoeft of Truman. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
