We bid farewell to Orlando Pluim of Pipestone, Minnesota, born in Sioux Center, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 29, 2025 at the age of 62. Orlando touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Pluim and Audrey Pluim (Vander Weide); his wife Janice Pluim (Van Ruler); his brother Mark Pluim; his parents-in-law, Henry Van Ruler and Dena Van Ruler; and his brother-in-law Richard Kraft.

He is survived by: his children, Nick Pluim (Amanda) of Fort Worth, Matt Pluim (Gracie Frias) of Dallas, Sean Pluim of Harrisburg and Jessica Rye (Jeremy Dobernecker) of Sugar Creek, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Hendrik Pluim, Elsiella Resmen-Pluim, Raiden Coyle, Dominic Rye-Dobernecker and Ayden Rye-Dobernecker; his great grandchild Ezekiel Rye-Dobernecker; his siblings, Douglas Pluim (Tina), Curtis Pluim (Krystal) of Champlin and Vaughn Pluim (Shawna) of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota; and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Haken (Danny) of Pipestone and Sharon Kraft of McKinney, Texas..
