She was predeceased by: her parents, Dries Dyke and Mary Van Dyke (Kracht); her husband John DeRuyter; her siblings, Alt, Bert, John, Jeanette, Hilda, Bertha, Fred, Gerrit, Bennie, Pete, Andy and Henry; and her children-in-law, David Jasper and Lynne DeRuyter.
She is survived by: her children, Deb Gerdes of Holland, Greg (LeeAnne) of Okabena, Barb (Ken) of Hardwick, Bryan (Kym) of Okabena, Brent (Joanne) of Ruthton, Karen (Wayne) of Ruthton, Jeff (Shelli) of Holland, Todd (Osiris) of Holland, Rich (Steph) of Ruthton, Lyn (Kevin), Gary (Bernie) of Lake Benton, Doug (Judy) of Holland, Connie of Holland, Dave (Marge) of Holland, Chad of Holland and Sixty; and her siblings, Albert Van Dyke and Henrietta DeVriend. She is also survived by grandchildren; forty-six great-grandchildren.
