He is survived by: his wife Gayle Winter; his children, Corey (Julie) of Pipestone, Kyle (Stacy) of Pipestone, Kellie Taylor (Matt) of Flandreau and Amy Balster (Ed) of Pipestone; his grandchildren, Amanda DeZeeuw, Taylor Popma, Megan Popma, Carlee Popma, Cole Taylor, Tyler Balster, Kenadie Balster, Grayson Balster and Camryn Balster; his great grandchildren, Austin DeZeeuw and Julian Lange; and his siblings, Shirley Kallsen of Minneapolis, Russ (Lilly) of San Diego, Darlene Nelson of Denver, Carol Johnson of Pipestone and Tom (Brenda) of Temecula, California..
