He is survived by: his mother Katherine Schulz; his stepmother Russell; his friend Krista Martin; his stepson Adam Martin (Louisa McIntyre); his brothers, Jeffrey (Michelle), Paul (Nancy) and Matthew; and his stepsiblings, Stacy Eisert (Greg), Suzanne Robinson (Jim), Karen Crooks, Jeff Crooks and Gary Crooks (Teri). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
