He is survived by: his parents, Patti Amundson (Roger) of Oakdale and Nicholas DeMike of Oakdale; his brother Alex DeMike of Oakdale; his close friend Jackson Madagin of St. Paul; his child Jennifer Madagin of St. Paul; and his uncles, Pam Erickson (Gary) of Nashville, Lynn Dorner (Jim) of Lino Lakes, Jacqueline Stinson of Bloomington, Thomas Stinson of Cottage Grove, Gloria Plaisted (Rick) of Two Harbors, Jim Spawn of Kansas City and William DeMike of Pine City. He is also survived by many cousins, family, and friends.
