He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Girtz and Rose Girtz (Medek); and his wife Rosemary Guck. He is survived by: his son Don Girtz of Sauk Rapids, MN. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
