With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verna Mae Johnson of Owatonna, Minnesota, who passed away on February 21, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Verd Classon and Alice Classon (Sheeley); and her brothers, Arvid Classon (Bonnie) and Howard Classon. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Johnson of Owatonna; her children, Deanna Johnson of Farmington, Darla Johnson of St. Paul and Steven Johnson of Owatonna; her grandchildren, Kindra Tapp of Claremont and Hannah Johnson of Owatonna; her great grandchildren, Damien Koning, Kennedy Gibbons, Sophia Garza and Ezekiel Garza; her brother Gary Classon (Eileen) of Lakeland; and her sister-in-law Alla Lee Classon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
