He is survived by: his parents, Bonnie Ruedebusch of Austin and Kevin Schmitt of Fargo; his siblings, Jennifer Lynn Schmitt of Austin, Brandy Gale Schmitt (Derik Winter) of Austin and Jacob Andrew Dahle of Austin; and his niece Amelia Rose Winter. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
