He is survived by: his parents, Mark Mayzlik and Danita Mayzlik (Severson) of Owatonna; his siblings, Angeline, Ian and Lukas of Owatonna; his grandparents, Donald and Marliese Severson of Owatonna; his great-grandparents, James and Eunice Clarey of Frazee, Minnesota; his grandparents, Ronald and Penny Mayzlik of Austin; his uncle Terry Mayzlik of Owatonna; and his aunt Debi Severson of Blooming Prairie. He is also survived by many cousins and other relatives.
