He is survived by: his wife Sharon Johnson of Owatonna; his siblings, Sharlene Winegar (George) of Waseca, Norman Johnson (Sheila) of Waseca and Larry Johnson (Linda) of Janesville; and his sister-in-law Lois Johnson of Waseca. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
