He was predeceased by: his father Richard Billingsley; his wife Carol-Lynn Billingsley; and his mother Esther Johnson Billingsley (Johnson). He is survived by: his daughter Keri Fladeboe (Dana) of Minneapolis; and his grandchildren, Emma and Jacob Fladeboe. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
