He was predeceased by: his parents, James Williams and Hazel Williams (Berardi); and his siblings, Jean Newell, James Williams, Larry Williams and Elton Sells.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Williams of Owatonna; his daughters, Haley Sinn (Patrick) of Iowa City, IA and Crystal Bartelt (Brad) of New Richland; his grandchildren, Meghan, Nathanial, Maia and Andrew; and his sister Patricia Knox (Mark) of Pueblo West, CO. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
