He was predeceased by: his parents, Merland Cletus Lines and LaVonne Arline Lines (Daughenbaugh); and his brothers, Craig and Juhl Lines. He is survived by: his sisters, Deb Lines (Mike Bigelow) of Forest City, IA and Joyce Hauge (Tim) of Northwood, IA; his nephew Craig Hanna (Jill); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Parker Hanna and Mack Hanna; and his niece Kayla Hanna.
