He is survived by: his children, Phillip Wade Sr., Larry Wade III, Maurice Garbow, Adrian Wade Sr., Brandon Wade Sr. and Laurie Chase; and his siblings, Mike, Kenny, Esther and Irene. He is also survived by many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and special relatives.
