He is survived by: his children, Joe Mills, Jeremy Mills (Keri), Ryan Mills (Kristin Perkins) and Rudy Mills; his grandchildren, Abby, Madeline, Chloe, Zoey, Garrett, Liam and Ethan; his siblings, Bill Mills and Becky Pearce; his son Randy Mills; his brothers, Mike and Robert "Bob" Mills; and his nephews, Kevin Mills, Robert Mills Jr. and Matthew Mills.
