Tony Dorn Sr. Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tony Dorn Sr. in Oakland, Minnesota, born in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on September 5, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, A. H. Dorn (Tony) and Louise Dorn (Majeres); his spouse Teddy (Beulke); his siblings, Doreen and Roger; and his great grandchild Theo Dorn.
He is survived by: his daughter Kaye (Buzz Marvin); his grandchildren, Kelly (Joe Biondi) and Jamie (Troy Mattern); his children, Lynn Dorn and Tony Dorn Jr. (Connie Hedlund); his grandchildren, Tony and Alie Dorn; his child-in-law Pat Thompson; his grandchildren-in-law, Mike Thompson (Susan) and Sandy Carlson (Allan); his grandchildren, Kim McKewon, Shawn Carlson, Ryan Carlson and Michelle Clark; and his great grandchildren, Nathan, Andrew Clark, Ethan, Natalie and Nora Carlson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Tony requested donations be made to the Thief River Falls Education Foundation for the Tony and Teddy Dorn Scholarship Fund to help provide continuing education for the youth of Thief River Falls.
