He is survived by: his children, Kathy Meyer, Susan Meyer (Glenn), Mark Buck and Cheryl Voecks (Terry); and his grandchildren, Dawn, Michelle, Lori, Kim, Jeremy, Melissa, Cory and Alexis. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
