Susan Opsahl Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan Opsahl of North Oaks, Minnesota, who passed away on March 6, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ina Zabel (Lacy) and Theodore Zabel; her brothers, Gary Zabel and Wesley Zabel; and her sister-in-law Joan Zabel.
She is survived by: her husband David Opsahl; her daughters, Kristina Foley (Thomas) and Jessica Kopish (Kevin); her grandchildren, Grace Smith, Lee Brownlee, Susan Kopish, Colin Kopish and Cyrus Foley; her sister Debra Gibson (Bruce Syhre); and her sister-in-law Linda Zabel. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, and many loving grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a memorial contribution to Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 700 Snelling Ave S, St Paul, MN 55116 or to the food bank of your choosing.
