He was predeceased by: his son Will Forshay; and his brothers, Lee and Tim Forshay. He is survived by: his wife Judith; his daughters, Skye Forshay and Sally Forshay Thornton; his grandchildren, Benjamin Leonard, William Leonard, Alex Thornton, Julia Thornton and Ava Leonard; his nephew Greg Forshay; his niece Michele Forshay Thompson; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, RJ Forshay, Jaxson Thompson, Annabelle Gutierrez, Delaina Thompson and Lillian-Lee Thompson.
