He was predeceased by: his wife Leona; his parents, Henry and Susan; his sister Fran; and his brother-in-law George.
He is survived by: his children, Peter Trost, Mary Trost (Scott Thompson), Susan Young (Dan) and Christopher Trost (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Atlee Lieberg (Josh), Max Thompson, Alyshia McKinnon (Adam), Quinn Doty, Johnny and Sullivan Kuhfahl. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to St. Stephen's Catholic Church.
