He is survived by: his wife Mary; and his children, Kathleen Forsyth of Mankato, James Forsyth (Lori Prail) of Janesville and John Forsyth (Trudy) of North Mankato. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
