He is survived by: his children, Kristi Makela of Mankato, Jeff Spence of North Mankato and Ron Spence (Cinnamon) of North Mankato; his grandchildren, Lizzy, Jessie, Lauren (Nick), Gabby, Izzy and Willard; and his sister Barb Ramelfanger (Herman).
