He is survived by: his children, Brenda Simmons (Roy Bohning) of Mankato and Bradley Simmons of North Mankato; his grandchildren, Chase Simmons of Mankato, Leah Simmons of Mankato and Ty King of Mankato; his close friend LaVonne Kueker of Mankato; and his sister Nancy Brandt (Gary) of Crystal, MN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
