He is survived by: his stepsons, James and Phillip Bartholomew; his siblings, Kim Johnson (Dana) of North Branch and Matthew Carlson (Mary) of Harris; his niece Megan Anderson (Luke) of North Branch; and his nephew Derrick Johnson of Shafer. He is also survived by five great nieces and nephews, several aunts, uncles, cousins and many beloved friends.
