It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winnie Simon of New Prague, Minnesota, who passed away on March 25, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Winnie Simon to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas T. and Mary W. Franek (Benes); and her brother Richard Franek. She is survived by: her husband Dennis L. Simon of New Prague; her children, Dean Simon (Michelle) of Lakeville, Donald Simon (Lisa) of New Prague and Nickey Fitzenberger (Mark) of Lakeville; her grandchildren, Whitney Simon, Sydnee Simon, Ryan Puncochar, Madison Simon and Rex Fitzenberger; her sister Mary Horejsi (John) of Lonsdale; and her sister-in-law Betty Franek of Montgomery. She is also survived by her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the New Prague food shelf or Joseph's Coat in St. Paul.
