He is survived by: his children, Scott (Patty) of Shakopee, Todd (Mary Kay) of New Prague, Tom (Sandra Lynn-Proshek) of New Prague and Ann Brickman (Steve) of Huntersville, NC; his grandchildren, Nathan Proshek (Kim), Paul Proshek (Tina), Morgan Proshek, Katelyn Koonst (Tyler), Bria Brickman, Madison Brickman, Melina Lynn, Rob Svobodny, Alix Svobodny and Dani Johnson; his great grandchildren, Adam, Hailey Proshek, Ben, Will Proshek, Katie and Grant Koonst; his brother Bob Proshek of North Carolina; and his wife Mary Lou Mahowald.
