He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kohoutek and Anna Kohoutek (Shimota); his grandchildren, Jeff, Michelle, Melissa and Jason Kohoutek; and his siblings, Frank Kohoutek, Jr. and Elizabeth Kohoutek.
He is survived by: his wife Georgean Kohoutek; and his children, Gary Kohoutek (Judy), Sue Prochaska, Margo Young (Tom), Nancy Martin and Dan Kohoutek (Gail). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
