She was predeceased by: her husband William Proshek (Bill); her father Ray; and her siblings, Dr. Lee Mahowald (Patricia), Allen Mahowald, Rita Swenson (Dale), Jane Kallal (Kelly) and Margaret Sexton.
She is survived by: her children, Scott (Patty), Todd (Mary Kay), Tom (Sandy) and Ann Brickman (Steve); her grandchildren, Nathan (Kim), Morgan (Crystal), Paul (Tina), Katelyn Koonst (Tyler), Bria, Madison Brickman, Rob Svobodny (Sarah), Alix Svobodny, Dani Johnson and Melina Hannula (Matt); her great grandchildren, Adam, Hailey Proshek, Ben, Will Proshek, Katie, Grant and Cora Koonst; and her siblings-in-law, Ginny Mahowald and John Sexton.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church.
