He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jo; his son Roger; his great grandchild Aleah; and his siblings, John F., Robert, George Sirek, Lillian Simon and Elsie Simota.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Sue Ambroz (Bob) of New Prague, Carol Erath (Brett) of Shakopee, Russ Sirek (Deb) of Lonsdale, Jan Hrabe (Bob) of New Prague and Randy Sirek (Kim) of New Prague; and his sisters-in-law, Marion Sirek of Lonsdale and Elsie Sirek of Northfield. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
