She is survived by: her parents, Paul Berg and Mary Lee Berg (Shonka) of New Prague; her brothers, Paul Berg (Terri) of New Prague and Matthew Berg (Melissa) of New Brighton; her nieces and nephews, Nathan, Sarah, Eric, Gabriella, Michael and Syl; her godparents, Shelly Tietz and David Shonka; and her goddaughter Sarah Berg.
