He is survived by: his wife Elaine Murphy (Ripperger); his daughters, Gretchen Ykema (Garrett) of New Prague and Danielle "Dani" Harty (Katja Kroeger) of San Clemente, CA; his grandchildren, Drew and Audrey; his sister Susan Kuick (Roger) of Menomonie Falls, WI; and his nephew Kyle Kuick.
