He was predeceased by: his parents, Mathias Thomas and Bessie A. Sirek, Sr. (Barta); and his siblings, Francis, Joseph, Catherine Bisek, Mary Regnier and Rose Ann Solheid.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mathias Sirek, Jr. (Diane) of Webster and Ann Zaun (Alfred) of Shakopee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
