She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur D. Lexa and Julia Lexa (Voracek); her husband Arnie L. Tupy; her son Dale; her daughter-in-law Bonnie Tupy; her grandson Nicholas Tupy; and her siblings, Art Lexa and Adrienne Skluzacek.
She is survived by: her daughter Jayne Skluzacek (Paul); her grandchildren, Brandon Skluzacek (Brynna), Jason Skluzacek (Angel), Miranda Tupy, Corinna Tupy and Zack Tupy; her great grandchildren, Lana, Lexi, Scarlett, Liam, Eli, Everett, Ivan Skluzacek and Patrick Tupy; and her sisters-in-law, Bonnie Lexa and Gladys Eiler.
Masks and social distancing will be required.
