He was predeceased by: his parents, Wencel F. Novotny and Mary Novotny (Preslicka); and his siblings, Edward and Adeline Pecholt. He is survived by: his sons, Bob Novotny (Cindy) of Balsam Lake, WI, Alan Novotny (Kris Anne Gabbard) of New Prague and Glen Novotny of New Prague; and his grandsons, Ben and Josh Novotny.
