She was predeceased by: her parents, John Havlicek and Emma Havlicek (Hruza); her husband Stanley Novak; her siblings, Emily Smisek, John Havlicek, Martha Svoboda and Rosalyn Ceplecha; and her nephew Rodney Ceplecha.
She is survived by: her daughters, Arlene Jonckowski (Dick) and Janiece St (Frank); her grandchildren, Jen Eich (Matt), Jeff Jonckowski (Brenda), Eric St. George and Craig St (Laura); her great grandchild Keegan St. George; and her brother-in-law Roman Ceplecha. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
