He is survived by: his children, Brian Cervenka of Jordan, Sherry Cervenka of Minneapolis and Scot Cervenka (Lori) of Askov, MN; his grandchildren, Benjamin Cervenka, Sonya Koerner (Rick), Cassie and Hannah Cervenka; his sisters, Sylvia Hill of New Prague and Evelyn Mushitz (Dick) of Elko; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Cervenka of Detroit Lakes and Judie Cervenka of New Prague.
