He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Holthaus (Silvia). He is survived by: his father Kenneth Holthaus of Edina; his wife Jennifer Holthaus of New Prague; his children, Ellisa Barrier (Christof) of Bloomington, Chase Holthaus of New Prague and Alix Holthaus of New Prague; his brother Perry Holthaus of Hamburg; and his nephew Tyler Holthaus of Hamburg.
