He is survived by: his wife Patricia Turek Kubes; his children, Tammy Scharf, Brad Scharf (Denise), Jill Tietz (Leroy Wagner), Paul Scharf (Lisa), Monique Richardson (Geoff) and Steve Scharf (Candy); his stepchildren, Mary Czech (Tom), Mark Kubes (Bridget), Cathy Novak (Roger), Ken Kubes (Brenda), Ann Hoffman (Larry), Barb Haecherl, Margaret Bartyzal (Brian) and Dan Kubes; and his siblings, Colleen Mueller (Manley), Mary Parker, Patrice Elsenpeter (Mike) and Peg Terwilliger (Scott). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 19 step-grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 17 step-great-grandchildren.
