Trnka of New Prague; his sons, Kelly (Diane) of New Prague, Scott (Michelle) of Lee Center, NY and Kevin (Karen) of Farmington; his granddaughters, Michelle, Cassie, Haley, Madison, McKenzie, Mallory and Melina; his great grandchildren, Emma, Scarlet and Vivian; and his siblings, Dick (Amy) of Minnetrista, Milton (Denise) of New Prague, Wayne of New Prague and Debbie Jensen (Bob) of Isle.
