He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife JoAnn (Nepsha); his children, David, Catherine (David) and Peter (Emily); his parents, Osvalds and Lidija; and his grandchildren, Tatiana, Gabriella, Henry and Clementine. He was also cherished by cousins and relatives.
