He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Lippert and Lulu Lippert (Piepho); his wife Thelma Cooper; his daughter Kathleen Cooper; and his brother Roland Lippert (Harriet).
He is survived by: his son Robert Lippert (Cindy) of Chanhassen; his grandchildren, Heather, Ian, Matthew and Bryan; and his sister Margaret Gare (LeRoy) of Faribault. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
