He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo and Anita; and his niece Stephanie Ives. He is survived by: his brothers, Leo (Diane), James, Charles and Herbert (Elaine); and his nieces and nephews, Amanda, Debbie, Carl and Tim. He is also survived by 5 grand nieces, and 3 grand nephews.
