He is survived by: his children, Debbie Connolly and Brian Bolster; his grandchildren, Kelli Goldman (Craig), Heather Berthiaume (Jerry), Thomas Bolster (Sarah) and Stephan Bolster; and his sister Sharon Stensrud. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
