She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Broten and Olga Broten; her husband Elwood; her brother Clarence; and her friend Bob Beaupre.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Nelson (Lyle) of Vadnais Heights, Arman Sundquist (Lucille) of Brooklyn Park, Rodney Sundquist (Rita) of Sartell and Cyrus Sundquist of Leland, Iowa; her sister Norma Hoffman (Henry) of Kerrick; and her grandchildren, Steven Nelson, Paul Nelson (Teresa), Lisa Gassert (Mike), Ryan Nelson (Angie), Marc Sundquist (Connie), Adam Sunquist, Katie Gerads (Neil) and Matthew Sundquist (Kirstie). She is also survived by seven great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
