He was predeceased by: his parents, Ture Johnson and Margaret Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Kjersten Peters (Roger) and Keith Nickolaus-Johnson (John); his brothers, Rev. Douglas Johnson (Helen) and Dr. Marvin Johnson (Kathi); and his sisters-in-law, Karin Kaihoi (Dean) and Julie Peterson (Scott). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Trouvaille Memory Care or Grace Church.
