She is survived by: her parents, Bob Franske and Nancy Franske; her brother Kevin; her grandparents, Dan and Anne Marie Griffiths; her son Anton (family: Jesse, Jacki, Vivian); and her friend Rick. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to family to be forwarded to Danon Disease Research in memory of Holly.
