It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Enrique Rotstein of Minnetonka, Minnesota, who passed away on November 22, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Rotstein and Fanny Rotstein (Dubroff); his wife Clara Rita Pritzker of Rotstein; his sons, Nes, Gus and Sergio; his children-in-law, Emily, Karen and Rebeca; and his grandchildren, Fen, Mathias, Teo, Violeta, Natalie and Ben Rotstein.
