It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Baxter (Minneapolis, Minnesota), born in Aberdeen, South Dakota, who passed away on March 22, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Baxter and Evelyn Hunt Baxter; and his sister Barbara Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Meisel; his children, Sherri (Larry Christofaro) and Bill (Ann Baxter); and his grandchildren, Aidan Baxter, Anna and Gina Christofaro.
