He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Baxter and Evelyn Hunt Baxter; and his sister Barbara Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Meisel; his children, Sherri (Larry Christofaro) and Bill (Ann Baxter); and his grandchildren, Aidan Baxter, Anna and Gina Christofaro.
